Roles & Responsibilities
In your role as a Case Manager at PDR COURT, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary legal team to ensure high-quality outcomes for all cases. By leveraging technology, you will track progress and facilitate efficient resolutions, ultimately driving positive change and supporting the organization’s goals.
- Work with an interdisciplinary legal team to ensure the achievement of quality result and outcomes.
- Handle every case with patience, understanding, and a desire to help both parties achieve resolution.
- Manage case assignments, develop service plans, track progress, and execute case closures.
- Advocate parties with advice and information about options and case status, evaluating legal necessity and appropriating resources.
- Track and record case information, complete forms, and produce reports.
- Drive change by identifying areas where performance improvement is needed.
- Assess and act accordingly in response to barriers and issues.
- Achieve organisational goals while upholding standards and best practices.
